I've advocated at the United Nations and worked within CEDAW and CESCR treaty body processes, among others, pressing international human rights bodies to recognize bodily and reproductive self‑determination as fundamental. That framework led me to found Right to Bloom, a nonprofit built around exactly that principle.
In my domestic practice, I put that same commitment into action — guiding families through surrogacy, donor conception, and parentage proceedings, and fighting for the right of every person to determine what happens to their own body and their own family.
